Led by Jason Atherton, whose Michelin-starred journey and globally acclaimed restaurants have established him as one of the leading figures in modern British gastronomy, the restaurant brings together an exceptional team of talent. Executive Chef Spencer Metzger, renowned for leading the culinary team at Row on 45, brings refined creativity and precision to the kitchen, while Executive Sommelier Roxane Dupuy curates an exceptional drinks programme. Completing the leadership team is Nicolas Poinsot, who oversees the restaurant as General Manager.

MAKE A RESERVATION

Reservations for the restaurant are possible up to three months in advance.

You can book online for up to 6 people.

A deposit per person is required for lunch and dinner.

A minimum of one month’s notice is required for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your reservation, provided we are informed in advance.

Our Guest Policy

We warmly welcome young diners aged 8 and above who are able to enjoy our tasting menu. However please note that our environment is not suitable for babies or children under 8 years old, and we do not offer child-friendly facilities. Our priority is to ensure a refined and comfortable dining experience for all our guests, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

While we love animals, we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as we are unable to accommodate them in our restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.
